The course content applies to the specific program type and Core of Knowledge Guideline, directly relating to Dementia Care and Alzheimer Behavior Management, Raising Dementia-Awareness, Specialized Communications, Dementia Specific Dining, Dementia-Aware Activities, and Care Provider Self-care Awareness training. This course directly relates to the care and supervision of residents in a RCFE, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing facilities, or home-bound setting.
